We marinade our chicken for at least 8 hrs before battering them in sweet potato flour and finish with our own 11 secret herbs and spices!
I love 101 by Teahaus Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich comes loaded with flavor and the crisp is just right. It’s different than any other sandwich you can get around town because of the basil fried chicken, which, in my opinion makes it a true one of a kind sandwich. Can wait to come in and eat another one. Congrats on the feature guys!
