At Tea Haus and 101 by Tea Haus, we brew all of our Black teas & Green Teas fresh daily. Our boba takes 2 hours to cook and we marinade them in honey for maximum flavor. We have been the staple boba tea in Austin since 2014.
Chinese American Food
As Chinese Americans born in the states, we have developed traditional Chinese, Korean & Japanese foods made from our American lens. Our Taiwanese basil fried chicken is a must have in Austin!
Korean BBQ Tots
Our Korean BBQ is USDA beef marinated in a traditional Korean Bulgogi style sauce. Our korean bbq tots are a customer favorite here at 101 & Tea Haus in Austin, Texas.
Taiwanese Chicken Sandwich
Our award winning Taiwanese basil fried chicken put Austin’s Tea Haus on the map back in 2014. This delicious Chinese street snack was first introduced in night markets of Taiwan. Today thousands of pounds of 鹽酥雞 is sold each day, and we are giving it an Asian American twist by introducing it in a chicken sandwich form! This is our must try.
Born and Raised in Austin, Texas in 2014. Tea Haus has been known in the community for its high quality custom teas, marinated honey boba, lemonades made fresh daily, Mexican horchatas and other craft drinks. We were considered a community hub where students could come and study while adults came to have a conversation.
In 2017 we expanded on the concept to include authentic Asian Fusion cuisine, Traditional Chinese food & Korean street food. We take the best street and night market foods from Taiwan and Korea and make them our own. Our truly Asian fusion recipes reflect how we were raised as 2nd generation Chinese and Korean Americans.
- 101 by Tea Haus is conveniently located in Austin’s new Chinatown on Lamar Blvd and Airport Blvd, where the 99 Ranch market and Kura sushi are located.
- New Tea Haus is located in Austin’s Riverplace community where 620 and Ranch Road 2222 connect.
Since 2014, Tea Haus has been a local hub for our Austin community. Students from University of Texas at Austin and Austin Community College come here to study, contractors & lawyers come here to meet over coffee, we’ve even had couples getting married after sharing our boba milk tea!
Today many of us are going through tough times and we do what little we can to support our Austin community. Whether its Riverplace, Steiner Ranch, Mueller, North Austin or Cedar Park we strongly believe that we’re in this together and if we just treat each each other like family or friends, we will build an amazing neighborhood!
